Facelift for Foundation’s Epsom Charity Shop

EpsomIt’s hats off to the newly refurbished Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation charity shop at 15 High Street, Epsom as it reopened its doors to the public today following a three-week, extensive facelift.

The Foundation’s shop has become a very popular destination for those local ladies wanting to catch a quality bargain because, thanks to the generosity of supporters, it is constantly stocked with a vast array of second-hand, designer label clothing.

“We took over the double fronted shop some 10 years ago and I have to admit that recently the premises had begun to look a little tired. The renovation has made much better use of available space, providing bright new display and changing areas - a class act in a prime location,” commented Colin Day, Director of Retail Trading, Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation.

The Foundation operates 13 shops in Surrey offering goods ranging from clothes, books and cards to second-hand furniture all helping to raise invaluable funding for the charity.
