

Queen Elizabeth's Foundation Brain Injury Centre is a rehabilitation centre offering assessment, intensive neuro-rehabilitation and education for young adults between 16 – 35 years of age, who have acquired disabilities and associated learning difficulties as a result of brain injury.
It is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate (CSCI) and accredited by the Learning and Skills Council. We are also a member of the National Association of Specialist Colleges and the South Thames Brain Injury Rehabilitation Association.
An initial period of detailed assessment for a client leads to the creation of an individual Action Plan, which is negotiated between client and staff, to address each client's needs. The Action Plan comprises long term goals and shorter term aims and targets; these are regularly evaluated and revised.
